Dining is an essential part of your stay at Sheedys. We offer an A La Carte dinner menu in our small,
informal Restaurant. We also offer a menu in our Bar each evening.
John's cooking has been awarded 2 Rosettes for food from the AA's for the last 9 years. His cooking was also
awarded "Best Breakfast in Munster 2004" from Georgina Campbell Guide.
All dishes are freshly cooked to order and John sources as many ingredients as possible from local
artisan suppliers. We grow a variety of vegetables and herbs in our Potager Garden.
Our Restaurant is recommended by the Good Food Guide, Good Hotel Guide, Foders and Michelin.
The New York Times, in an article on The Burren said "I had an entree of Black Sole so exquisite, I wonder
if I'll ever eat fish again".
