St Tola for goats cheese; Colm Fahy for Lettuce; Bernard Roughan for meat; Mount Callan for cheddar cheese; Burren Smokehouse for their excellent smoked salmon; We get Rhubarb and eggs from local farm women.  We get vegetables and fruit from Foleys, Ennistymon.
